PEACE from TREES

Untitled 5

Intro

Heading out after a family together of traditions
A family hearing of the taproot of world suffering

the need for a cure at the center of the world
the psychic center of all life's center, the holy land.
A desert soon to be gardens for all peoples and all life

Wanting to say hello
reaching
our hands out to each other
reaching our hands together
feeling warmth in each other
no eyes meet
yet that brief greeting amidst heading out
through a crowd of quiet listening
That brief greeting is an antidote
that defies all facts and figures
defies all suffering of even the bloodiest of oppressions
defies all loss and terror, all imprisonments, all starvations

A found solution
Think only of the warmth between those hands
Think of how this warmth, this living sharing... Essential
Think Hands sharing the silent singing of their voices
Hands sending warmth and circulation
Hands as the strongest note of the lowest and hieghest range
These songs are strong
vibrant thriving

Steady roots connected
branch tips swaying closer and further
hands touching, sending, recieving
hands as inner walls fading from need
past barriers of hurt, loss and rage.

Maybe we learn to let go enough someday?

Maybe see the whole forest...
then foreget what your looking at
then remember that you forget
then find yourself
in the bark pattern
of specific space
on a specific treee
amongst so many tree.

This is song for fallen one's song
now recited by now new Elders...

Hands In time...
rain
centuries of rain
Quiet calm in trees
we are here to soothe
to end the harm and remedy the hurt at the center of the world...
remedy the hurt and center the world...

Part 1
Shade and Sun
Shade and Shadow
sun and sunrays
an entanglement in roots unburied
by storming rivers

roots guiding and holding river
burst into river
rock holding back mountain
Undercutting river collapsing
mountain roots loosing their grip
slope by slope mountains collapse

In great depths of explosion and richochet
deep, deep under water our mountaitn
forced into compression
an implosion, a suffocation deep under churning water
blasting down to oceon.

Still holding, still solid holding and protecting
its solid ground liquified
trees as mountain against river's
unbearable rising
rising and floating above of all of us...

A great storm
A great serge to ocean
A River water deeper than heights of even old trees
A water pressure of unbearable velocity
A River so heavy in storm whole riverbeds are ripped loose
All that's solid is made fluid
swept away or submerged

fingernails grasping at boulders
arms and limbs torn from their grip of earth

rolling smashing under deep deep water
devouring and separating gravel from silt
rock from pebble
boulder from stone
stratifying....
even the most unmovable rocks are moving now
moving out from under
mountains edge
------

Part II
You can hear and feel the rocks
rolling underneath the river
The river floods
the valley becomes the river
in the deepest parts of the river
deep under far below the quiet water
as it rises acoss the valley
across the land
Water rises up into branches
across the valley, across the land
Rivers of shade flood further out under
many more
into collapse
into a foreign land
an unsettling, a refinement

fast reaching roots
It's defender,
Solid, resilient, living, growing
Solid resistance to all bursting into fluid

It's shade and sun that makes us safe...
The river can't get all life's trees...
The river can't turn us all into ocean
That's why we grow
Theat's why we spin our
collective web
our root and branch
our dance of mountain holding
That's why sun's grow to
cover whole continents in shade and shadow
